These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which we supply products (“Products”) via the MiPatch website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ordering

  • Your order is an offer to buy Products from us. We’ll confirm receipt by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your Products and send a dispatch confirmation.

  • If we cannot accept your order, we’ll inform you and refund any payment.

2. Pricing & payment

  • Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order (or on dispatch, depending on method).

3. Delivery

  • Delivery options, regions and estimated timeframes are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page.

  • Delivery dates are estimates; delays outside our control may occur.

  • Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.

4. Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel most online purchases, without giving a reason.
Exclusions: for hygiene and safety, once a product’s inner seal/packaging has been opened or used, your right to cancel may not apply unless the item is faulty.
To cancel, email office.mipatch@gmail.com with your order number. You must return the Products within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. We’ll refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges

Please see our Refund Policy for details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

6. Product information & use

Always read labels and follow usage instructions. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a Product is faulty or misdescribed, contact office.mipatch@gmail.com. We’ll repair, replace or refund as required by law.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud). We are not liable for: loss not caused by our breach; business losses; or losses not foreseeable when the contract was made.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier delays, pandemics, natural disasters).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version at the time you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts if you reside elsewhere in the UK).
