1. 30-Day Satisfaction Promise (standard products)

If you’re not happy, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase on standard, non-personalised products.

How to start a request:
Email office.mipatch@gmail.com with your order number, items, and reason.

Notes:

  • The 30-day promise applies once per product and once per order.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging unless you are returning because the item is faulty or misdescribed.

  • For hygiene/safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are faulty.

2. Faulty or misdescribed items

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at office.mipatch@gmail.com. Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Returns process

  • We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a returns address label.

  • Keep proof of postage.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or rejection by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

4. Refund amounts & shipping

  • If you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we’ll refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (not any premium/express upgrade).

  • Return shipping:

    • Change-of-mind returns: you cover return postage.

    • Faulty/misdescribed items: we cover reasonable return postage (please contact us before sending).

5. Exchanges

Where stock allows, we can exchange items. Otherwise, we’ll issue a refund.

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank/card provider. If issues persist, email office.mipatch@gmail.com.
